A private migraine diary: attacks, medication, triggers and weather.
Contact us
E-mail support@safrasa.eu. We usually answer within two working days (Belgian time). Please mention your app version (Settings → About) and iOS version, and never send health details — we don't need them to help you.
Ideas and bug reports can also be sent from inside the app: Settings → Send feedback. That route is anonymous, so we can't reply to it.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone, encrypted. We have no server with your records and no account system. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Use Settings → Backup & restore to create a passphrase-protected backup file, save it somewhere you control (Files, AirDrop to your Mac…), then restore it on the new phone. The encryption key is deliberately not copied through iCloud backups, so an explicit backup is the way to move your history.
What does the free trial include?
You can record one attack (with its doses) and one daily check-in and make one export, so you can see exactly how the app works before paying. Your data is never locked: you can always view, edit, delete and back up what you recorded.
One-time purchase or subscription?
The one-time purchase unlocks everything that exists on the day you buy it, forever. Subscriptions also include every premium feature we add later. Exporting is a separate add-on with the same three options. Details are in the Terms of Use.
I bought something — how do I get it on another device or after reinstalling?
Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel a subscription or ask for a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open your subscriptions on your iPhone (or Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is MigraiND medical advice?
MigraiND records and summarises what you log, including medication-overuse thresholds from published guidelines. It does not diagnose or treat anything and never tells you what to take. Talk to your doctor about your treatment.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the app. Because nothing is stored on our side, that removes all your data. Make a backup first if you want to keep it.
